Today, he sees boosts in fitness and wellness efficiency thanks to a piece of equipment that is virtually feather-light.“I used to have stacks of paper about my clients’ workouts. Now I don’t need any. I can have them in the palm of my hand,” said Olsson, a wellness coordinator at the downtown Orlando YMCA.Olsson is talking about the mywellness app, available at the Downtown Y by virtue of a partnership with equipment manufacturer Technogym.
