Police received a report shortly before 1.30am of a man and a woman walking in the Ormeau Road area when they were approached by two men in dark clothing asking for money and cigarettes. After telling the men they did not have any, the man was stabbed in his upper leg and head and the woman was punched in the face. Both were taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries. Woman Punches Senior Citizen Following Verbal Dispute on Subway: NYPD
The NYPD is asking for the public’s help finding a woman accused of punching a 66-year-old man in the face following an argument on the 1 train in Washington Heights Monday, police say. According to the NYPD, the suspect and victim were arguing on board the 1 train heading Uptown at approximately 6 p.m. on Monday. Once the train pulled into the station at 191st Street, the woman punched the man in the face and fled the scene. EMS responded and brought the victim to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. He's expected to be OK. The suspect, seen in the surveillance video above, is described as about 309 years old with medium length light brown hair, brown eyes and a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a black tank top. Pregnant Woman Says Man Punched Her and Service Dog on Flight to Orlando
A deaf woman who is five months pregnant says a man punched her in the stomach and hit her service dog during a confrontation on an airplane as it arrived at a Florida airport. Hazel Ramirez says she and her partner, Matthew Silvay, were confronted Thursday by Timothy Manley, who objected to their service dog, Zariel, a Great Dane. Manley says the dog triggered his wife's allergies as the flight from Colorado Springs to Orlando was making its descent. An Orlando Police Department report says Manley punched the dog, upsetting Ramirez and Silvay, who yelled at Manley. Ramirez says she was punched during a subsequent physical confrontation with Manley. Deaf pregnant woman ‘punched on a packed plane by thug who claimed her hearing dog was triggering his wife’s allergies’
A DEAF pregnant woman and her service dog were allegedly punched on a flight in the US, police said. Hazel Ramirez, 21, who was reportedly 20 weeks pregnant, was travelling with her boyfriend Mathew Silvay, 30, on the Frontier Airlines flight from Colorado to Orlando, Florida. Both Ms Ramirez and Mr Silvay are deaf and were travelling with their service dog, a Great Dane named Zariel. According to Orlando police, as the plane was arriving at Orlando International Airport, a nearby passenger Timothy Manley took issue with the dog, which he said was taking up too much space and triggering his wife’s allergies, according to News.com.au. Mr Manley then punched the dog, according to a police report. Then, the 24-year-old woman ran out of the stall and grabbed the suspect by his neck and tried to drag him to the bar to report him, WJW reported.Police said the man was able to escape from the woman’s grasp and ran out of the restaurant.The manager at Punch Bowl Social told police that the suspect used his credit card for his tab and gave the officer the man's name, Cleveland.com reported.No arrests have been made, WJW reported.
