He dresses like a safari ranger or similar to the character in the movie Crocodile Dundee, played by Aussie Paul Hogan, with a hat trimmed with animal print fabric along with sunglasses and a portable radio. He has also decorated the bus with 'jungle' greenery. Police arrested the man, who’s in his early 20s. His identity and the charges were not immediately released. At about 7:30 p.m. in Randolph, the Brockton Area Transit Authority bus was heading down North Main Street, Route 28, when the suspect apparently told the driver to stop. The bus heading to Brockton doesn’t stop in Randolph, police said. The man struck the driver in the face, resulting in the bus rear-ending a Honda Civic and then hitting a pole, according to police. The 13 injured people were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries, police said. Updated 11:36 am CDT, Monday, August 5, 2019 A Peter Pan bus driver was arrested on reckless endangerment charges after a passenger called 911 to report she was locked in the luggage compartment in a moving bus. The driver identified as 49-year-old Wendy Helena Alberty, of East Lyme, allegedly locked the female passenger in the compartment while she was trying to retrieve items from her bag on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2019. On May 15, Milwaukee bus driver Cecilia Nation-Gardner left her layover two minutes later than usual — and as it turned out, that was a serendipitous twist of fate. As she pulled up to the bus stop at 35th and Vliet Streets, Nation-Gardner spotted something that stopped her in her tracks: a 6-year-old boy walking alone through the busy intersection. The little boy, who has a disability, had wandered out of his school and was now walking dangerously down the center of the road as cars sped around him.
