The general weight of opinion seems to be that you should self-quarantine for 14 days+ or seek medical attention if you have tested positive, have symptoms (cough, fever >100.4 degrees F, shortness of breath), have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, or have traveled to certain countries (currently Italy, Iran, South Korea, and China).
