James Namken with Weitzman represented the tenant, along with David Nicolson of Fransite. Christi Davis with Weingarten Realty represented the shopping center in-house. Market at Westchase is Weingarten retail redevelopment of a former Whole Foods store into multitenant retail space. Whole Food relocated to a larger store within Westchase. Warby Parker will open a Highland Village location at 4078 Westheimer on March 30. The traditionally online eyewear retailer, which has other Houston stores in Rice Village, Heights Mercantile, Market Street - The Woodlands, will occupy the space between Vineyard Vines and Kiehl’s.
