PREPARATIONS are under way for a huge national celebration when Prince Harry marries Meghan Markle in Windsor on May 19. One thing they can't control is the weather. PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle have chosen the same carriage Kate and Wills as part of their nuptials... and they've even got a wet weather back up. With just over a fortnight until the royal wedding, their choice of carriage has finally been revealed. The betrothed visited the royal mews at Buckingham Palace to select the Ascot Landau - which will carry the newlyweds from St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19. BRITS will be able to enjoy the Royal wedding for free on May 19 after the BBC waived its licence fee for gatherings. The waiver means communities wanting to get together to watch Prince Harry tie the knot with Meghan Markle will be able to do so without being charged. Brits will be allowed to watch the nuptials for free at special events and parties in community centres, town halls and on the streets – places TV is not usually watched. The one-off dispensation will also apply to shops and select events like agricultural shows. Pipa Doubtfire, head of revenue management at the BBC, said: “I'm delighted to announce that we have decided to offer a one-off dispensation for the royal wedding on May 19.
