MINDFULNESS meditation popular with celebrities and mums does help ease chronic pain, a study claims. The psychological technique encourages people to slow down, “feel the moment” and better accept their feelings and emotions. Cosmetic standards vary by region, shaped by varying cultural values, celebrity influences and even climate differences.
