Herr, a former solder in the Army, and Kibuishi, were considered great friends. However, nothing in this case was what it seemed. With Herr presumed to be on the run, police followed another trail, which led to an up-and-coming actor named Daniel Wozniak, who was engaged to actress Rachel Buffett. From war-torn Somalia to Maine: An immigrant’s story of hope
Visit The Boston Globe Share on Twitter Share on Facebook Comment on this Scroll to top of page By Abdi Nor Iftin May 23, 2018 MY HEART WAS BEATING FAST as the plane banked over downtown Boston and descended to Logan Airport. My face was glued to the window as I looked at the skyscrapers of America, then the blue waters of the Atlantic. Even though we were going down, I felt like I was going up to heaven. No way this would happen.” Happen, it did. But just a few short months later, that chapter of the feel-good story has ended. In a tale that involves allegations of misunderstood property ownership and ambiguous intentions, Jones told … [Read more...] about How the man behind ‘Haircuts 4 Homeless’ lost his barbershop

New research has revealed as many as SIX in ten British women have never once checked the ingredients of their every-day beauty products, before buying them. In stark contrast, as many as 88 percent of women routinely read the ingredients of the food and drinks they buy. When it comes to our knowledge of the most commonly found chemicals in our beauty products, a quarter have never heard of Formaldehyde, a preservative found in hair dye and nail products which can lead to long-term health issues.
