The Mercedes driver’s 11th pole of the season and record-extending 83rd of his career looked in some doubt as Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel was quicker at the first time split. But Vettel went too wide on the last turn and qualified only third behind the Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas. “What a great way to end the season with a 1-2 qualifying,” Hamilton said. “I wanted to finish the season on a high. Really happy with today.” Vettel felt he could have done better. “I thought (it) was in reach. Successful recruitment events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are due to boost the number of clinical advisors working at Sussex’s ambulance service. The event, organised by Health Sector Jobs, was targeted at clinicians wanting to work in the UK. South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust’s decision to attend the event followed significant work to recruit nurses and fill clinical vacancies in both 999 and 111 centres.Ahead of the event, SECAmb received significant interest and shortlisted dozens of candidates for interview, including British nurses wanting to return to the UK, as well as nurses from a range of other countries. THE unveiling of the world’s most expensive painting at the Louvre in Abu Dhabi has been postponed indefinitely. “Salvator Mundi” is believed to be the work of Leonardo da Vinci. Here’s what we know about the delay and the painting. What is the Salvator Mundi? The painting is believed to have been the work of renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci. The name translates to “Saviour of the World” and dates back to around 1500. The painting shows Jesus, in Renaissance dress, giving a benediction with his right hand raised and two fingers extended. He holds a transparent rock crystal orb in his left hand, signaling his role as savior of the world and master of the cosmos, and representing the 'crystalline sphere' of the heavens, as perceived during the Renaissance.
