Photo: Oakfire0212 RV fire in West Oakland distracts drivers on Bay Bridge, slows traffic 1 / 1 Back to Gallery An RV went up in flames in West Oakland early Tuesday, sending out a plume of smoke that towered over Highway 80 south of the Bay Bridge and slowed traffic. The Oakland Fire Department confirmed Battalion 2 responded to the fire at 26th Street and Wood Street near Grand Avenue.
