The San Jose Taco Festival of Innovation will take over History Park on Saturday, and Saturday is also the annual Fremont Burger & Brew Fest along Liberty Street. In Morgan Hill, the 38th annual Mushroom Mardi Gras will serve mushrooms every which way (stuffed, marinated, deep-fried) both Saturday and Sunday.
