INDIANAPOLIS – Scribbles in my Cleveland Cavaliers notebook as they try to come back from a 2-1 deficit in Game 4 of their best-of-seven NBA playoffs series tonight against the Indiana Pacers: 1. At the Cavs practice Saturday, I was trying to find out why Kevin Love was limited to only two shots in the second half of the 92-90 loss Friday in Game 3. Love had 16 points in the first half against the Pacers. The answers were interesting. 2. When I asked coach Tyronn Lue the question, he said, “We tried to post him but they pushed him off his spot … then we turned it over a couple of times trying to get the ball to him.” 3. The Cavs desperately need a second scorer after LeBron James. Love has the talent to be that guy. But he’s not a guard like Kyrie Irving. The Cavs could simply throw the ball to Irving, then get out of the way. Former Cavs general manager David Griffin once told me, “Kyrie can get his own shot any time he wants. I mean that.
