Sarah Jessica Parker’s Fear Of Aging

The beautiful bods which celebs flaunt is the result of extraneous work out regime but Sarah Jessica Parker seems to have got a bit obsessed with exercise. Her rigorous workout is beginning to wreak havoc on her body, causing bulging veins in her hands and wiry arms.

The recent pics of the ‘Sex and the City” star show her looking skeletal while out and about in New York.

Sources close to Sarah Parker reveal that stress, an obsession with working and a fear of ageing have made her frighteningly gaunt.

“Her weight loss is extreme, but it’s down to complete and utter stress. She has lost another stone and she’s a size zero too,” reports a source.

The actress, mum of two children is busy shooting for ‘Sex and the City 2″ and in between her busy schedule she takes out time for exercising.

“Pilates is the main part of her regime. She doesn’t do lots of cardio in the gym. But she doesn’t eat a lot either and has been known to do some crazy diets at times. It’s not healthy,” says one of her friends.

This rigorous exercise is also an outcome of her fear of getting old. Sahar believes that if she looks thin, she might not look old and this believe is taking a toll on her health.
